What you see in Newcastle 2nd of many

'A room with a view.'

This is Newcastle from my city centre hotel room. Chad and Chris were on the top floor in a Penthouse suite ... I know my place

I think you should re-phrase this. You make it sound as if Mr Dufftown & I were occupying the same rooms together

The image is actually quite pleasing, albeit twiddled to within an inch of its life
Richard Trim: Chad said there were connecting doors between your rooms.
The sky has been just a tad twiddled to remind you of the colours of your cooked hotel breakfasts.
A dramatic image comrade. You have, perhaps, overcooked the sky a little
Richard Trim: Perhaps l am trying to copy some of your stuff
Methinks Chris doth protest too much
Richard Trim: Oh ...so you noticed that as well

There's a fine view. Bad luck with the timing, though, fancy going there at the same time as Chad and Chris - and staying in same hotel!
Richard Trim: On the first night I had to buy late evening coffees and make sure that they got back to their rooms safely...

The view was great view, which I suspect you have ‘touched up’. Don’t get shirty just because I had a sitting room in my room.
Richard Trim: I did think that your penthouse suite was rather cluttered
