I can't get over the colours of sea, sand & sky here Richard
Richard Trim: But But Chris you are the master of unorthodox skies. By the way I found this sky and sea in a shed ....

Damn! This is good, Richard.

The shore-break is like a garden of low shrubs covered in snow.

The sea, beyond, is a bed of jewels...and, look, lots of them have come ashore, where I could fill my bucket with them if I had a desire to.
Richard Trim: Get the novel written Ray ...

After the parents, now the kid ! I love the unusual greys of yesterday's picture and I like the attitude of the kid here : wants to empty the sea ? Ah, who did not ? smile
Richard Trim: A little subtle toning etc K@ ... but you knew that. It's not something that I'm overly interested in playing about at but it seem to work on this occasion. Kids ... aint they happy at the seaside.

cheers richard
Superb picture Richard. I hope Chris will note the straight horizon
Richard Trim: Content and communicating ideas are more important to him Bill.

Cheers richard
Really superb Richard! I like your crop.
All the best
Richard Trim: I've got one more beach shot ... It's been interesting seeing our different approaches to similar themes. cheers richard
This is lovely Richard..My favourite of the series so far. Well done.
Richard Trim: It's fascinating how people like different things ... and I wouldn't want it any other way ... cheers Ron.

You have got this one just right Richard. Subject and composition best so far and the light glorious.
Richard Trim: A bit of unsubtle twiddling involved ... but you knew that. Many thanks Mike.

this one is a big hit for me. I like the dazzling light and that sandy turn of surf, then that child just makes it complete.
Richard Trim: My thinking went down a similar route Chad ... thanks richard

I agree with Ron, the best so far Richard, and it tells a story. He's even got a red bucket, perfect.
Richard Trim: The red bucket was a lucky bonus considering the fairly neutral colours ... No selctive colouring by the way.

cheers richard
Picture of the day! Well done, thanks for sharing!
Richard Trim: Goodness RS ... thank you for your thinking.

Looks like he's just emptied all that water from his tiny bucket! Pleased to see a straight horizon smile
Richard Trim: He's still there ... I believe his name is Canute.

The sea is sparkling and glittering like an ocean of stars- a very fine photo and I like the slhouette figure at the border- line of the water!
