... rural dereliction #2
comments (15)
It may be derelict, Richard, but it is still playing with light and shadows!
Richard Trim: It certainly is Ginnie ... without the dereliction the light and shadows would be almost nothing. richard
Superb, Richard. Again this ticks all the right boxes for me. Fabulous shadows playing with the light.
Richard Trim: Put some holes in your home Paul and you would have an amazing lighting set up ....
Great picture Richard, with modd and light and shadow.
Richard Trim: Many thanks Chad ... Hope you're feeling a tad better today. richard
Hi Richard. Love the use of light and I am looking forward to catching up on your photographs. (:o)
Richard Trim: Hope there are one or two that you will enjoy Ros. Cheers richard
Delightful picture, that sun is so good in this one, I love the tones, this is again a very well presented image.
Richard Trim: I think we have both posted buildings with holes in them today. Thanks Astrid. richard
This is terrific Richard. Even better than yesterday's one! Richard
Richard Trim: The next few are all abit different. Thanks Richard. richard
Excellent Richard. There's some decent timber waiting to be reclaimed in that roof by the look of it!
Richard Trim: Ha Bill! Once the timber expert always the timber expert. cheers richard
Great use of light - you might have known I would have appreciated this! Really good that you have so much detail in the shadows - I know how difficult it is to photograph scenes of high contrast.
Ingrid
Richard Trim: Well the next two will possibly be even more to your liking Ingrid. But it sounds as if you will have to wait till you return. thanks richard
Nice use of light and shade, allied to shapes, Richard, presumably this will become a barn conversion one day.
Richard Trim: Thanks Brian ... are you interested?
cheers richard
Beautiful!
Richard Trim: Thought you might be taken by this bit of 'ramshackle' Sheila. cheers richard
missed ur work Richard..been away here and there..This is awesome. Did u have this up in colored in the past?
Richard Trim: Hi Ada ... Nope this is fresh out of the pod ... only taken ten days ago. cheers richard
fabulous once again, even better than yesterdays you have a great knack of turning dereliction into fine images Richard well done
Richard Trim: Isn't interesting that even the crumbling remnants of a building are more appealing than the modern stuff that is swiftly overtaking our cities.
Excellent conversion keeping the light and shadow contrasts intact.
Richard Trim: Thanks Louis ... my final series posting for Friday was much more of a battle ... I was seriously challenged. cheers richard
Sad isn't it Richard? But a very fine photo of rural decay
Richard Trim: Thanks Chris ... It almost creates that er umm Pavlovian affect .... or am I getting confused with geriatric drool ;-) cheers richard
Looks good Tim. Love the contrast spot in this one. Well done.
Richard Trim: Thanks Jide ... Glad you popped in. richard
