"But Daddy don't you remember that Miss Fox, my teacher, said that whilst we were on holiday that we need to do a topic on it.''

"But Daddy I'm doing this project on the seaside … and I need to get it finished …"

"Surely just a few postcards and bits pieces found on the beach would be fine Alice."

"No Daddy.  I need to finish the research into the best sands to create sandcastles. I still haven't used dry fine sand yet … just that coarse wet sand."

"Oh Alice … don't you realise you are going to make daddy sad if he misses the match.''
